What are designations?
Think of it like this in order of hierarchy; CNA (certified nursing assistant) an LVN, RN, Intern, Doctor, Surgeon, Specialist ….or you may like this better, a pre-graduate student, an AS degree, a BS degree, Masters degree, PHd…

Well in Real estate we also have degrees or designations. First you have Realtors and Real Estate agents (they are not the same) Next, you have Brokers. Then come all of the educational aspects and finally the experience. The highest designation you could get is the CRS. In order to attain this one must have not only completed rigorous training and education courses which are very costly, but most importantly must have SOLD $75 MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF REAL ESTATE within a five year time period. THAT IS EXPERIENCE!! Only 4% of the 1.4 million agents in the US have this designation and Niki King has it to help you.!
