Bobby brings to the team his vast wealth of experience. Being in the real estate and investment world since 1979 he has seen the many cycles of sellers markets and buyers markets. Bobby is usually busy meeting with inspectors, contractors, appraisers and other service providers who are a part of making a real estate transaction possible. With his relaxed calm style, Bobby is the “glue” that keeps the team grounded and focused. Bobby has a way of explaining the details in a way that are easy to understand and also gives insight into not only the immediate impact of the transaction, but also in how the transaction will help further the client in their financial and emotional goals. Sarah is Niki King's Transaction Coordinator. You can count on Sarah to be "YOUR personal Liason" between agents, escrow companies, all inspection companies and title. Sarah will be in contact with you immediately after you go into contract. She is Niki's right hand person making sure no stone is left unturned. Sarah is responsible for making sure all documents are signed and dated, she makes sure your file is complete from beginning to end. Katie
Customer Care Manager

Katie is the Customer Care Manager. She is an Orange County native, born and raised in “Surf City U.S.A.” Huntington Beach where she spent 14 years as a competitive cheerleader. She is a recent graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she majored in Psychology, and minored in both English and Philosophy. She is currently a graduate student at California State University, Fullerton where she is studying to become a high school math teacher. Katie interacts with appraisers, lenders, home inspection companies, and makes sure that your property is easily shown to buyers, installs real estate signs, installs lock boxes, stocks brochure boxes, answers incoming calls, sets appointments, and directs all customer care calls to the appropriate team members. Her cheerful happy disposition will shine right through the phone when she says “It’s My Pleasure!”
